"I needed a new car insurance policy and obtained it through Jim Plane of State Farm- The whole process was done with such ease. I had additional questions about my policy and I called the office and talked to Alex. I have to say thank you so much to Alex for making my experience the best. Everything I needed was answered and updated so quickly and easily. Thank you so much and I definitely recommend this State Farm Insurance office."

"If I could give negative star they would have 20 stars. The worst customer service with James team, we have issues every month with my payment for them to run it automatically no issues if I have to manually put in myself witch I shouldn't have to since I signed up for the automatic payment to be pulled out. Second of all, when I do the manual payment I always get calls about my service being shut off because it hasn't been paid because their system doesn't update. I do a manual system even though it was pulled out of my bank manually and then I have to research and give them their own damn code to look it up and then they realize oh it's been paid. Sorry about that. We're not turning your service off and then I always get charged a $20 fee for payment being denied when this is a problem on their end and they refuse to be apologetic. They refused to be customer service oriented. They're just there to do a job is how I feel and how they act and how they treat me. This team needs to have some serious training. Will be finding a new insurance company. I will never come back to start farm"

"State Farm Office operates by Jim Plane is excellent, agents very knowledgeable, nice, explanations clearly and easy to understand. I been introducing and recommended to all my families, friends members. Also they try the best to let me have the good premium (whole package : auto, home and umbrella). "This agency is so so unethical. They allowed someone who I shared an insurance policy with to remove me from the policy without my knowledge or consent. While this may technically be legal in the garbage they include in your multi-page, fine print contract, it is certainly unethical to leave someone uninsured without their knowledge. Everyone should be warned that this can happen and that the agency has no obligation to continue coverage with you if someone on the policy chooses to cancel it without your consent."

"Working with Dylan on our family's insurance has been, in a word, fantastic. In several more words... I've had insurance with 5 or 6 companies in the last 35 years, I've been in sales most of my adult life, the communication, the clarity, the responsiveness (without being overbearing) plus the fact that Dylan took the time to really understand our needs and what we need to protect allowed for many other options than we had in mind. We're covering several cars, multiple drivers, multiple homes etc. Getting us the appropriate coverage and doing so under a weird time constraint for a loan on a new home on land in a fire prone area when our previous insurer fell through at the last minute, literally saved the day. Relationships first, relationships last. Insurance is one of those necessities most of us just muscle through and deal with, this experience has been beyond that, I would call it surprisingly pleasurable. Highly recommended, well done sir."

"My story starts with no control at auto auctions. I HAD 4 cars, and a motorcycle. I'm currently down to 3 cars, but my other insurance company wasn't on board with my situation. I was paying way too much for coverage on the one vehicle we drive at a time, as a family. Derek Schwab swooped in, and simply said, "Let me take a look." Enough said. All of my cars are covered, no matter which one we drive, and I'm sleeping better. Thank you Derek! You saved me in a sticky situation!"

There was so much trauma due to this accident, and I was treated with such compassion and such professionalism. "I recently had issues with a windshield replacement. I called Jim Plane's office and spoke with Deven about the situation. Devan spoke with the windshield replacement company and sorted everything out. Windshield was replaced again and is now issue free. Thanks Deven and the Jim Plane team."

"Everybody at the office are very friendly & helpful. My only negative feedback back is the newer rates. Mine went up almost 40%. From the amount on the previous renewal. I only drive my car a few days a month the rest of the time it sits parked at my house."
